Zac Ponsky and his father, Dr. Jeffrey L. Ponsky will recount the early experiences in medical mission work that led them to found Medworks and MedWish, along with Dr. Lee Ponsky. The Ponskys will share how they overcame challenges to unite the area’s medical institutions in common goals, to enlist corporate partners to provide funding and volunteers, and how volunteerism and leadership fit in their otherwise busy professional lives. Chamber members will learn about collaboration and how teamwork achieves goals as well as how to connect and volunteer with Medworks and MedWish.
Zac is an accomplished real estate developer, and Jeffrey is an endoscopic surgeon and professor at the Cleveland Clinic.
