Topic: Ohio's New Medical Marijuana Law vs Drug-Free Workplace - Can They Coexist?
Speaker: Dyann McDowell, Training Marbles, Inc.
The new Ohio medical marijuana law allows people with certain medical conditions to purchase and use medical marijuana. The goal of the Drug-Free Workplace is to make the workplace as safe and drug free as possible. Understand the new law and the steps employers need to take to protect the workplace.

Individuals who can’t adhere to a drug-free workplace policy seek employment at companies that don’t have one, and the cost of just one error caused by an impaired employee can devastate your business.
The good news is that there are steps businesses can take to minimize the risks of worker use, and todays' presentation will provide the information.
